Rental Property Upgrade - Kitchen - Improved Flow & Cosmetics

As landlords, we prioritixe meaningful improvements that enhance comfort, usability, and long-term value for our tenants. The upgrade for this kitchen included an improved layout, new windows, refinished cabinets and counters, new hardware, and fresh paint. The layout of this kitchen was reorganixed for better everyday funciton, and a new stacked washer/dryer was installed to maximize space and improve flow.
